Cancel an order :
We will try to send the products as soon as possible after you make the payment. If you want to cancel the order in the meantime, cancel from the website on here (My Account) stating the order number and reason of cancellation or you can mail us at email@example.com
KINDLY NOTE: You can cancel an order before it has dispatched only. No orders can be cancelled once the order is out for delivery.

You can always return your product for replacement in case of damaged products, not upto the expectations, or any such related reasons. For replacement kindly request a return from the tracking page link you will be receiving after your product is dispatched in your given mobile number and email address or you can do from here (The order tracking page) or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number,Product Number and your Phone number (for contacting,in case) with explaining briefly the reasons of replacement. You will be receiving an acknowledgement e-mail or a call from us within 2-3 days from your date of returning.
You are requested not to return any product without informing us. For whatever may be the reason, if situations occur where we are unable to resend your original product, we will definitely give you the options to choose an alternate product available in our website. An alternate selected item will be shipped without any extra cost. If the alternate item is not selected within 7 business days of receiving the acknowledgement email from us, we will be initiating the refund procedure. Kindly note, you will receive the refund without deductions.
Any shipping cost to return the items to us for exchange in size, color or such related issues is solely paid by the customer.
If you are return the product without alternation and modifications errors from our end,then we assure you that we will not charge any extra amount if applicable.
PLEASE NOTE: Replacement can only be accepted if it is made within 7 days after delivery. For exchanging for size, color or such related things, customers are requested not to damage the product In any sense. If we found any damage, we are sorry to make any replacement and exchange for such related things, can only be made if the asked product type is available.
Any purchased product is normally not be refundable, but if some issues like manufacturing defects or damages, wrong product arrives then just request a return on from the tracking page link you will be receiving after your product is dispatched in your given mobile number and email address or you can do from here (The order tracking page) or drop an email to us at email@example.com with your order number, product details and your phone number (For contacting you, in any case) and images of the defect. You will be getting a positive reply mail within 2-3 business days.
Please note that refunds will be issued only if we are responsible for the reasons you mentioned. In any case of any damage to the product from customer’s end occur, then those issues will not be considered by us and we won’t be responsible to give back any refund amount. After we receiving back the product, we assure you to send the money within 7 Business days (If online payment is done, the amount will be refunded with the same mode in which you did payment and if it is COD, we will ask you the required details to send you the refund). The refunded amount will be credited back as per the banking guidelines of your bank.
